It’s hard to find someone hiding who is always there in front of you,

Sometimes I am amazed at the anger I see placed towards God. WE have all been at that low point in our lives when something just did not go right, or we got some really bad news, or the day seemed to be getting worse than better and we turn our heads towards God and ask WHY? God, why are we going through this, or what are you doing to me God, or how could you God. God does not walk the paths for us he simply guides us towards the right path. God knows the struggles that we will face day in and day out, but loves us and he cares for our well-being.

Once quoted, “THINGS don’t change when I talk to God; things change when GOD talks to me.”

Sometimes our busy lives keep us from actually hearing God, really truly hearing Him. Our lives are so cram packed with kids to school, work, after-school social activities, dinner, homework, bathes, bed and we get so tied up we forget who we should be thanking for the able body that got us through the stressful day to begin with. God! He ensured that we would wake up, he brought the beautiful morning sunshine to great us as we walked outside, he helped us riding in a two ton vehicle passing other two ton vehicles going over 65mph on a road called a highway. He granted our minds with the knowledge to perform our job with a clear and restless mind. He gathered our bodies, tired and exhausted from the long haul of a day and put us back in that two ton vehicle, only to protect us on our way home, to be with the people who mean the most to you. He protected those people that you care so much about all day long as well. This ONE man we call GOD, does all that for all of us day in and day out and we question him as to WHY?

“In your anger do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent.” (Psalm 4:4)

“As you enter the house of God, keep your ears open and your mouth shut! …..he is in heaven, and you are only here on earth. So let your words be few.” (Ecclesiastes 5:1-2).

It does not take much for God to know that you need him. Take a few minutes and just tell God you love him, tell God you need him and confide in God with all your cares and concerns. God teaches us not to worry, not to dwell and not to constantly spread our fears to the world. Once you have faithfully trusted God to handle your pain, let it go and let God.

“…but I will not take my love from him, nor will I ever betray my faithfulness.” (Psalm 89:33)

God says do not FEAR, do not WORRY, do not have lack of FAITH, do no DOUBT. God can handle all of these things, let him, but wait patiently for GOD. Remember he has millions of Christians praying to him, millions of people lost and trying to find GOD, but millions of different ways to heal us all in His time. Let go and Let GOD!

“Be Still and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10)

I want to share a short story with you that really will touch your heart: THIS BOY'S HEART The surgeon sat beside the boy's bed; the boy's parents sat across from him. "Tomorrow morning," the surgeon began, "I'll open up your heart..." "You'll find Jesus there," the boy interrupted. The surgeon looked up, annoyed. "I'll cut your heart open," he continued, "to see how much damage has been done..." "But when you open up my heart, you'll find Jesus in there." The surgeon looked to the parents, who sat quietly. "When I see how much damage has been done, I'll sew your heart and chest back up and I'll plan what to do next." "But you'll find Jesus in my heart. The Bible says He lives there. The hymns all say He lives there. You'll find Him in my heart." The surgeon had had enough. "I'll tell you what I'll find in your heart. I'll find damaged muscle, low blood supply, and weakened vessels. And I'll find out if I can make you well." "You'll find Jesus there too. He lives there." The surgeon left. The surgeon sat in his office, recording his notes from the surgery. "...damaged aorta, damaged pulmonary vein, widespread muscle degeneration. No hope for transplant, no hope for cure. Therapy: painkillers and bed rest. Prognosis: “here he paused, “death within one year." He stopped the recorder, but there was more to be said. "Why?" he asked aloud. "Why did you do this? You've put him here; The surgeon's tears were hot, but his anger was hotter. "You created that boy, and you created that heart. He'll be dead in months. Why?" The Lord answered, "The boy, my lamb, shall return to my flock, for he has done his duty: I did not put my lamb with your flock to lose him, but to retrieve another lost lamb." The surgeon pondered what he had just heard. Could it be possible that the boy was born in such a condition to reach him? He bowed his head, and wept. The surgeon sat beside the boy's bed; the boy's parents sat across from him. The boy awoke and whispered, "Did you cut open my heart?" "Yes," said the surgeon. "What did you find?" asked the boy. "I found Jesus there," said the surgeon.
Please remember that you are not alone, you are loved and you are prayed for daily. Remember that God does not make you wait to ruin your day, or make you stray in your faith. He makes you wait to depend on him and in all things worship him. He makes you wait so that you will draw closer to him in times of needs, but to remind you that you don’t have to call on God only in times of need. Talk to God as if he were your neighbor, rely on him, trust him and let him lead you. If you feel that you have to wait on God, then you should talk to him more often. Those who spend daily time praying and conversing with God know all the time God has never left.
“How can you wait on someone, who has never left?” (K.Davis)
God Bless your Wednesday, God Bless you.
