The Serenity Prayer

In today's world millions of Americans are struggling financially due to an uncontrollable economy. However, the one thing we are in control of is our Faith. We control how close we are, how obedient, how submissive and how fully God impacts our lives day in and day out. That is the one thing we can control that no man can take away. So in your times of struggle, look up to God, the one who has ultimately never left your side and will always remain there despite the ways of the world. Talk to God daily and confess your struggles to him, and let them go. If God has led you to it, only He can lead you through it. I love you all in Christ, and pray for God to place his hand on each of one as you slowly put one foot in front of the other. Remember every single morning to clothe yourself in God's armor as you step out into a world that is insistent upon removing God's word from our lives. Remember that when Jesus died on the cross he did not have everyone's approval of his values of life and his love for God, nor did he fear that he was alone. God was always with him teaching and guiding and he ultimately knew that he would be accepted, loved, and protected all the days of his life. His promise to us is to do the same if we will only pick up His cross and carry it. Leave your struggles at the door, leave your worries on the floor, and remember, "He never gives you more than you can handle." Another week is over, but a new day will begin tomorrow, be ready for God's love, the only one true love you are guaranteed that will never walk away.
